At DIY Alcove Cabinets, we take pride in the quality of our furniture. All our pieces are crafted from premium materials and hardware, ensuring exceptional durability and longevity. In the unlikely event that your cabinetry experiences defects in materials or workmanship, we will gladly repair or replace any faulty parts within a 5-year warranty period.
Warranty Details:
- Our warranty begins on the date of delivery, not the installation date.
- Our warranty does not cover any products that have been altered or modified from their original state upon delivery (except for standard assembly) or have been installed without following our specified fitting sequence.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us in writing at sales@diyalcovecabinets.co.uk. Include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographs of the problem to help us assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Environmental Damage: Damage due to environmental factors (like moisture, humidity, direct sunlight, or temperature extremes) is not covered.
- Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or use for purposes other than intended.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear (such as minor scratches) is not covered under the warranty.
- Transferability: Warranty Transfer: The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Company Discretion: The decision to repair or replace a defective item is at our discretion based on the nature of the defect.
