4. We’ll call you to discuss the details and answer any questions. If you’re happy to progress, we’ll move to the ordering stage (see below).

Step 1: Quote Confirmation, Design & Deposit

• Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll raise a 50% deposit invoice to confirm your order.
• Your deposit invoice will include a week-commencing (W/C) delivery date.
• Once the deposit is paid, we prepare scaled drawings (front elevation and plan views) for your approval.

Change of mind

• You may cancel your order up to two weeks before the scheduled delivery date.
• In this case, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit, minus:
  • a small Stripe processing fee, and
  • £100 if technical drawings have already been produced.

Step 2: Approval, Production & Final Payment

• You review and approve the drawings.
• Once approved, your furniture goes into production.
• A balance invoice is issued two weeks before delivery.
• The balance must be paid in full before your furniture is dispatched.

Step 3: Delivery

• Around six weeks after your order is placed (i.e. on receipt of your deposit), and in line with the week-commencing (W/C) delivery date shown on your invoice, your bespoke furniture will be delivered.
• All units arrive pre-cut, pre-drilled, and flat-packed, with everything required for installation and a clear, step-by-step fitting sequence.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

• We offer a personalised service from start to finish.
• If at any point you have questions or need guidance with installation, we’re always at the end of the phone and happy to help.
