Priming
Our media cabinets are available either primed or unprimed, giving you flexibility based on your budget and project timeline. Priming enhances paint adhesion, seals the surface against moisture and stains, promotes uniform coverage, and adds a layer of protection
to the cabinet surface. Opting for a primed media cabinet means you can go straight to applying your chosen topcoat after installation, saving time and effort. We offer a choice of white, light grey, or mid-tone water-based primers, all professionally applied in our spray booth to ensure a smooth, even finish. We recommend choosing a primer shade that best matches your topcoat colour.

Prefinished Interiors
All media units feature a prefinished laminate interior as standard, eliminating the need for any internal painting. We offer laminate interiors in a selection of five colours. Samples of these are sent out on request and upon order.

How to Measure for Your Media Unit
When measuring for a media unit in a non-alcove space, all we need are the maximum width and maximum height of your desired cabinet. For an alcove space, simply disregard skirting boards and picture rails, and measure from wall to wall at the widest point.
No need to worry, rough measurements are all we need at this stage. You’ll receive a detailed, scaled drawing to review and approve before anything moves into production. Plus, you’ll have up to two weeks before production begins to tweak your measurements— ideal for any last-minute changes like plasterwork adjustments.
