Delivery Service: Everything You Need to Know

We deliver across England and Wales. For deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland, please contact us for a quote.

Northern Ireland: Orders are delivered on a pallet. We only charge the courier’s cost price, you’ll never pay a penny more than it costs us.

Isle of Wight: We deliver by van and simply pass on the ferry charge, with no extra mark-up.

Your furniture will be delivered approximately 6 weeks after you place your order.

Your invoice will include an estimated delivery week (starting around 6 weeks from your order date). If you’d like a specific date after that week, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery costs are based on the physical size of your order. You’ll see the cost clearly in our price calculator and itemised on your invoice.

Once we’ve agreed on a convenient delivery date, we’ll provide either a morning or afternoon time slot. The driver will also call you around 30 minutes before arriving.

Yes — we’ll bring your order into the ground floor of your property.

Deliveries are to the ground floor only. If you require an upper-floor delivery or have special requests, please contact us in advance. Delivery is subject to access — please ensure our vehicle can reach your property. Let us know about any potential issues (e.g., double yellow lines, restricted parking) so we can plan accordingly.

If you miss your scheduled delivery, we’ll get in touch to arrange a new date. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

No — we supply products on a ‘supply only’ basis. However, some items (such as kitchen cabinets) are pre-assembled in our workshop and delivered fully assembled.

We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. Our experienced delivery drivers handle every piece with care, so damage is extremely rare.

In the unlikely event something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a short description. We’ll sort it straight away and arrange a replacement — no hassle, no fuss.
