Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Full Refund Eligibility:
  You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up to two weeks before the delivery week specified on your invoice. This refund will be issued minus:
  • A Stripe processing fee (charged by Stripe).
  • A £100 charge for any scaled drawings provided.
• After Two Weeks:
  If cancellation is requested within two weeks of your scheduled delivery week, we regret that a refund will no longer be possible. This is due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, as work on your customised piece will likely have already begun.

Returns & Warranty

• Returns:
  As each item is uniquely tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns after delivery.
• 5-Year Warranty:
  We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 5-year warranty on all furniture starting from the delivery date (not the installation date). For more information, please visit Your 5-Year Guarantee.
